Glass window C library for Windows

This C library allows to implement in easy way transparent (glass) windows, using the alpha blending capabilities of Windows desktop. When the window is activated accepting the focus, it's animated becoming opaque. The reverse animation is performed when the focus is lost. This feature is available starting from Windows 2000, but the software keeps the backward compatibility not activating the glass function if a previous operating system is detected (e.g. Windows 9x).
